I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Click Pharmacy regarding my recent orders for Oestrogel. My experience has been characterized by several major issues:Extensive Delays: A previous order took between 6 and 8 weeks from the time of placement to delivery.Delivery and Shipping Errors: Items were sent to a shipping address I had previously contested, despite my efforts to clarify delivery details via telephone.Lack of Responsiveness: I sent a request for a new order on 16th December but received no response for over a week. When I followed up on 24th December to highlight the urgency, I was told the office was closed until the following week.Communication Barriers: I have found it impossible to reach a human being via their telephone line to resolve these urgent matters.Website Issues: The specific product I require has not been visible on their website, further complicating the ordering process.The combination of slow processing times and a lack of reliable customer support has made managing this recurring prescription unnecessarily stressful. I would advise others to look elsewhere for a more streamlined and responsive experience.

All good I made a mistake and was easily rectified by a phone call and they were very helpful
I ordered two boxes of a medication that comes in sachets, 30 sachets in each box. I opened the delivery box to find all the sachets thrown messily in it, no sign of the original packaging, with the instruction leaflets torn and thrown in there. How can i trust the medication has not been tampered with when it's not in its original packaging? This is ludicrous !!
Medication not delivered after ordering weight loss jabs and paying almost £180.00 to include next day delivery, there is still no sign of my delivery.They are not answering mails or when you call them the ansaphone just says not to leave a message as it is full !I have filled out the customer complaint form at least three times and have not even received a confirmation mail in response.I have asked to cancel the order and get a refund, but to no avail. At this point some 5 days after placing my order the website is still saying ‘approval pending’Up to this point, they have been excellent and kept me informed of order progress, but I can no longer recommend Click Pharmacy UK
Prompt delivery service good value
My experience was not great!No free carriage, contrary to what is online, and even then a six day wait for order to arrive. I will not be using Click Pharmacy again
