While I don't mind waiting for my order to be processed, I do mind being asked for information and after promptly providing it, being ignored and receiving absolutely no communication or having my emails answered. I will not be using this company again. Nor will I ever recommend them.
It took some time to get my medication but once it was prescribed, it was delivered in 24h. I had to chase a few times but overall communication was great. I’ve recommended Lotus to other and can’t fault them overall.
Well ordered around 18/08/25, then recently got an email saying they can fulfill the order but they can send a reduced dose and they will amend the order. Well orders is still not been amended and but i have received a refund of £30 although my order was for £360. Emails are ignored so i am going to do a charge back via my credit card. Dont buy from these unless using a credit card and if they dont send the order do a charge back. Best advice is don't order from these cowboys. Beginning to wonder if they have gone bust so starting charge back tomorrow.
I have recently moved to Lotus and the service difference between them and my old provider is like night and dayGreat communication and prompt delivery.
Genuinely so impressed with this Pharmacy and will be a customer moving forwards.Discovered them during the Mounjaro 'pendemic' as my usual pharmacy was out of stock, and I'm so glad I've become a customer. Really helpful customer service, fast ordering, and I was so impressed with the delivery service they use via Signature Pharmacy.
After being let down by my last Mounjaro provider I was so glad to find a another Pharmacy providing excellent service and sensible pricing. Hopefully, this will continue until I reach my weight goal and move onto weight management.

Can’t give it more than this until I can judge performance on a future engagement with them. But this first experience hasn’t been great so far - another ‘we can take your money and send you lots of follow up spam but not actually reply to customer contact’ kind of outfit.
Considering the huge rush of MJ orders at the moment, and their own server issues handling the huge amount of traffic on their website, Lotus have been brilliant from beginning to end. The order process was easy and I received my order within a few days. Would highly recommend.

I just want to say this pharmacy was the best one, I bought my mounjaro Tuesday and after 2 Hours was approved and I received my Pen today, Amazing service, really quick and efficient...I really recommend!!

I cannot recommend Lotus highly enough, their pricing is unmatched and most importantly the support and guidance throughout the journey has filled me with confidence and reassurance.
