I can’t log in to this website—it’s terrible. I can’t register or recover my password, and it links my account with groceries, but the password is wrong.
Having received my second monthly weight loss injection order through Morrisons clinic I can honestly say its been great. Simple online medical questionnaire and order process, I had to submit medical history separately which was easily done via email and cleared the day of submission. Orders received two days after being placed, tracked and signature on delivery, well packaged. More than happy with service, product and competitive pricing.
Terrible service, too slow to approve medication so delivery has been late. Still haven't received it which means I've missed my dose.Spending hours online trying to locate the product. Not impressed at all...avoid avoid avoid
As a follow up to my review of October , I had been passed from Morrisons to Phlo Pharmacy to No Novo Nordisk . Having dispatched a faulty Wygovi pen back to Novo Nordisk with confidence that it was faulty ( three witnesses to confirm and photos sent to Phlo Pharmacy) the finally replied in December that they had received it with a follow up letter saying it worked and no fault was found . I asked for the pen to be returned ( having put a little mark to identify). Only to be told it is beyond its time and out of temperature tolerance. So I have no proof that this testing has been done or even existed. So the manufacturer does not accept responsibility for replacement. Back to Phlo Pharmacy, they won’t accept replacement or refund , back to Morrisons , the say Phlo Pharmacy is their supplier. As you can see from other reviews this Company is not to be trusted, my understanding of retail law is that the company you pay your money to is the one that has the liability for any dispute. So will go that route . Managed to get bank to refund payment to card but still under a temporary refund until Morrisons clinic are allowed their say . To anyone with same problem , video the problem , photo , get witnesses and ask bank to dispute payment immediately even before returning pen to manufacturers. Oh ! Also find another supplier.
I know looking at this company’s rating is like staring into a starless, cloudy night, but I guess I’ll add one more bad review to the pile.They cancelled my Mounjaro order claiming I had a gap in my treatment. They asked when my last dose was, and I clearly replied: "5 days ago." Somehow, they interpreted that as "too long without medication."When I pointed out their inability to read basic dates (admittedly, I was frustrated and rude because of the absurdity), they didn't fix the mistake. Instead, they just banned me.Honestly, I don't understand why companies these days think they can treat customers however they please without facing exposure. Has no one told them yet that it is far cheaper to maintain a good reputation than to try and salvage a ruined brand?
AVOID ! DONT waste your money been on slimming jab for 8 months with them and received a faulty pen the company past the buck to the manufacturer whom a week later told me basically I didn’t use the pen right and wouldnt send me another or refund 249 down !!all I did was unbox as usual then set up and the pen wouldn’t do anything ! The manufacturer didn’t even ask me to return to look at the pen Both companies should be allowed to treat customers like it ! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY no small print says if a pen doesn’t work then tuff
Absolute joke. Take my money before the prescription is even checked. Pharmacist not helpful in trying to resolve the issue. I advised I have complex ptsd, this is a mental health condition. Sometimes I need extra time or constructive advice. Pharmacist has cut me off and not understanding of my previous supplier quick meds. I question whether the pharmacist is fluent in English. Will not use Morrisons Pharmacy again. Total disregard for mental health conditions. Too much power and not enough empathy or understanding for hidden disabilities. Will leave relevant reviews. So now I have to wait until my money is refunded in 5 days.
After two months on manjaro Morrisons kept pushing to Change to Wygovi . Ordered this and delivery was approved and delivered in 24 hrs . Wygovi pen did not physically work to get the first dose , I had followed instructions to the Letter.On contacting Morrisons I was redirected to Phlo pharmacy and asked for photos which were sent , they then redirected me to the manufacturer to get a fault reference number. On getting that I was told that this would allow pharmacy to send replacement but I was then told by pharmacy it would take six weeks to replace or refund . They then offered a25% discount on my next pen . Now as anyone knows on these plans it take a follow on every week to continue to be effective.I asked for immediate replacement under sale of goods act as Morrisons are the retail pharmacy supplier Still just referred me to manufacturer conditions. I am no longer going to deal with Morrisons as there is something wrong with companies that cannot adhere to retail law by passing the buck . Card dispute now effected . Do not use this company.
I just wouldn’t bother. I had a customer service representative called Michelle refuse to look at my circumstances as an individual. No calls back to discuss issues I had. Wouldn’t waste my time they haven’t any patience for the new patients
I received my first order for Mounjaro without incident. Then received email to order second month at the 2 week mark. Did that to the tune of £199. Checked order. “pending.” For 10 days “pending “ so contact customer support. They replied yes someone will review it. So it eventually gets reviewed and is now showing as approved, but of course now my injection is due tomorrow and it’s STILL not been dispatched. No apology, no indication of turn around time. NOT IMPRESSED
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIMEWeight Loss Clinic refused my treatment and no reason given. I tick all boxes, no medical issues and BMI over 30 … already on weight loss injections, only reason I can think is cause I used a discount code Should have checked their score first.
The second Mounjaro pen that I purchased failed so I could not administer the forth dose. I contacted the support team who asked for photographic evidence and then told me that the pens often have excess fluid in after the forth dose and would not help me at all.I am certain that I only had three doses from the pen so either the pens often failed or it was not filed successfully, either way I have lost confidence in this expensive product and will not buy again.
